U8 Development Program – New for 2026

Bracebridge Soccer Club is proud to introduce the U8 Development Program for the 2026 season. This program is designed for young players who are seeking a more structured, age-appropriate training environment before progressing into a competitive stream. The focus is on skill development through guided drills, physical conditioning, and game play, while continuing to foster confidence, enjoyment, and a love of the game.

The program runs from May 26 to July 21 in Bracebridge, with an extended season that includes four additional weeks of training and inter-club games against the Huntsville Soccer Club U8 Development Team. Players will participate in two games in Bracebridge and two games in Huntsville, as well as up to three U8 festivals throughout the season.

Training takes place on Wednesdays, with U8 Development from 6:00–7:00 pm, followed by U8 House League from 7:00–8:00 pm, providing a total of two hours of weekly programming. Parent volunteers are required to assist alongside the U8 Development Coach during sessions. The regular program fee is $175, with registration open January through March 15.

⚽ NEW FOR 2026 – All-New Girls League (U9–U12)

Bracebridge Soccer Club and Huntsville Soccer Club are excited to launch an all-new Girls League for U9–U12 players in Spring 2026. This collaborative program is designed to create a fun, development-focused environment that encourages confidence, teamwork, and a love of the game. Teams will alternate towns weekly, playing a total of six games throughout the season, with three games in Bracebridge and three games in Huntsville, including a special Canada Day game in Huntsville.

From May 20 to June 3, teams will train in their home town, focusing on skills development and team play before league games begin. Games are held on Wednesday nights, with programming taking place in both Bracebridge and Huntsville. This league provides young female players with a supportive, community-driven soccer experience while building strong connections between clubs and creating more opportunities for girls to play and grow in the sport.
